Mexico and South Korea face off in a key World Cup Group A match in Guadalajara, with both teams knowing a win will guarantee qualification for the knockout stage.
Both sides opened their campaigns with victories, and another win would secure a place in the last 32 under the expanded 48-team format.
Mexico coach Javier Aguirre has warned against South Korea’s fast attacking style, while South Korea’s Hong Myung-bo said his team is ready for the pressure of playing in front of the home crowd.
The match comes amid extra attention after a drone incident near South Korea’s training ground earlier in the week, though officials said it did not affect preparations.
