Sindh minister seeks action against anonymous social media pages alleging his son left for London after businessman’s killing.

Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon has approached the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), seeking action against what he described as a “malicious propaganda campaign” targeting him and his son in connection with the Mir Raza Ali murder case.
The complaint follows claims circulated by anonymous social media pages, which alleged that Memon’s son left for London immediately after the murder of the young businessman.
Memon rejected the allegations as false, baseless and defamatory, saying they were intended to damage his family’s reputation and mislead the public during a sensitive criminal investigation.
He has requested the NCCIA to identify those responsible for operating the anonymous accounts and to initiate legal proceedings under relevant cybercrime and defamation laws.
The controversy comes amid continuing public attention on the Mir Raza Ali case, which has already triggered legal disputes, demands for a fresh forensic review and heightened scrutiny of the investigation process.
