Liverpool have reached an agreement in principle to sign Paris Saint-Germain forward Bradley Barcola in a deal worth around $163 million.
The 23-year-old French attacker is set to become Liverpool’s second most expensive signing in the club’s more than 134-year history if the transfer is completed.
Barcola has established himself as a key attacking player at PSG, combining pace, creativity and goalscoring ability.
The blockbuster move would further strengthen Liverpool’s attacking options and underline the club’s ambition to compete for major honours in the new season.
