King Charles III has praised Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts to help ease tensions between the United States and Iran, recognising Islamabad’s role in supporting dialogue during a period of heightened regional uncertainty.
The monarch acknowledged Pakistan’s contribution to efforts aimed at reducing tensions and promoting stability through diplomacy.
Charles also spoke warmly about his desire to visit Pakistan, saying he hopes to make the trip before he is “too old” and describing the country as one of the many places he still wants to see.
His remarks highlight Britain’s recognition of Pakistan’s diplomatic engagement as regional powers continue efforts to prevent further escalation in the Middle East.
