The United States has waived visa bond requirements for eligible FIFA World Cup fans from 50 countries, in a move aimed at facilitating smoother travel for spectators attending the tournament.

Officials said the decision is intended to simplify the entry process and encourage international fan participation during the global sporting event.
The policy change applies to selected countries whose citizens previously faced additional financial requirements as part of their visa application process.
Authorities stated that standard visa procedures and security screening will still apply despite the relaxation of the bond requirement.
The move is expected to ease travel planning for thousands of football fans heading to the United States for the World Cup.
