The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has unveiled Pakistan’s squad for the Asian Games 2026, scheduled to be held in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan.

The squad includes a mix of promising young talent and emerging national players, with Abdul Samad named vice-captain. The selected players are Sahabzada Farhan(C), Abdul Samad (VC), Abrar Ahmed, Ahmed Daniyal, Akif Javed, Ali Raza, Arafat Minhas, Haider Ali, Hasan Nawaz, Maaz Sadaqat, Mohammad Salman Mirza, Saad Masood, Saim Ayub, Sufyan Moqim and Usman Khan.
The selection reflects Pakistan’s focus on developing its next generation of cricketers while maintaining a competitive side for the continental event. Officials expressed confidence that the squad has the talent and depth to challenge for a medal at the Asian Games.
The Asian Games 2026 will feature cricket among its sporting disciplines, providing Pakistan an opportunity to strengthen its presence on the regional stage and add to its medal tally.
