Sydney Sweeney has addressed rumours of tension within the cast of Euphoria, dismissing speculation of a feud with co-star Zendaya.
In a recent interview, Sweeney described the rumours as “crazy,” saying social media and the press have exaggerated routine events and production details.
The speculation gained traction after fans noticed Sweeney shared a post about the series without Zendaya and reports emerged that the two characters shared little screen time in the upcoming season.
Rejecting the claims, Sweeney said the cast has built strong relationships over multiple seasons and remains connected throughout filming. She also denied suggestions that scheduling conflicts delayed production, noting that the show’s lead actors were contractually committed to the project.
Despite not always filming scenes together, Sweeney said cast members regularly interacted behind the scenes and often discussed their storylines while working on set.
