Oil prices edged higher as uncertainty over Middle East supplies continued to support crude markets amid a lack of progress in the US-Iran conflict.

Brent crude futures for October delivery rose 26 cents, or 0.28%, to $91.87 a barrel, reflecting continued concerns over potential disruptions to regional oil supplies.

Investors remain focused on developments in the Middle East, particularly the risk that prolonged tensions could affect production and shipments from the region.

The impasse between Washington and Tehran has added further uncertainty to an already sensitive oil market, with traders closely watching diplomatic and military developments for signs of a broader escalation.
