The FIFA World Cup final featured its first-ever half-time show, headlined by Madonna, Shakira and Justin Bieber. The entertainment lasted 12 minutes, extending the traditional half-time break to 27 minutes.
The star-studded performance brought a Super Bowl-style spectacle to football’s biggest match. Despite the extended interval, Spain maintained their momentum and went on to defeat Argentina 1-0 after extra time to lift the World Cup trophy.
