Gold prices in Pakistan rose for a second consecutive day, with the price of 24-karat gold reaching Rs433,836 per tola in the local market.

The latest increase follows Tuesday’s gain of Rs4,700 per tola, when gold closed at Rs429,236, extending the precious metal’s upward momentum.

The continued rally reflects strength in international bullion markets and sustained demand, pushing local prices to fresh highs.

Market analysts said gold remains supported by global economic uncertainty and geopolitical tensions, with investors continuing to favour the precious metal as a safe-haven asset.
