Another legal challenge adds to Kylie Jenner’s growing court woes

Kylie Jenner faces two lawsuits filed by former housekeepers within just two weeks, adding new legal pressure to the reality star and business mogul.

The first case was filed on April 17, 2026, by Angelica Hernandez Vasquez, who reportedly worked at Jenner’s home for less than a year. A second complaint followed on April 30 from Juana Delgado Soto, who claims she worked in the household for around six years.

Both women are represented by the same attorney, and the filings appear to outline similar allegations, including claims of unpaid wages, workplace harassment, and unfair treatment linked to their background.

The lawsuits also allege that attempts to report concerns led to further workplace issues rather than resolution. Jenner, her company, a supervisor identified as Itzel Sibrian, and two staffing agencies have all been named as defendants.

At this stage, none of the allegations have been proven in court, and Kylie Jenner has not publicly commented on the cases.

According to Soto’s filing, she experienced reduced breaks, increased workload, and stricter treatment from her supervisor after raising concerns, which she claims contributed to worsening working conditions over time.
