A court has acquitted the driver involved in the Karsaz accident in a narcotics case, ruling that the prosecution failed to present sufficient evidence to support the charges.
During the proceedings, the defence argued that neither the chemical analysis nor the blood test detected methamphetamine, a point that the court accepted while acquitting the accused in the drug-related case.
