Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has said that maintaining direct communication with Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei remains difficult, offering a rare glimpse into the challenges of access to Iran’s highest authority.
Speaking about his relationship with the leadership, Pezeshkian said that Mojtaba Khamenei, the supreme leader’s son, has been an important source of support and strength, even though direct communication with Ayatollah Khamenei is limited.
