ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has granted bail to a former member of the provincial assembly and his son in a murder case, according to court proceedings.
A bench of the apex court approved the bail plea after hearing arguments from both sides, providing relief to the accused who had been facing trial in the case.
The court’s decision comes after reviewing the facts of the case and legal submissions presented during the hearing.
The accused will remain on bail under the conditions set by the court until further proceedings in the case are concluded.
