Project expected to explore arrest and controversy surrounding alleged Karachi drug case figure

Actor Saba Qamar is reportedly set to star in a biographical drama based on Anmol, known as “Pinky,” an alleged drug trafficker whose arrest in Karachi recently drew major public attention.
The project is said to focus on the events surrounding her arrest and the media controversy that followed. It has not yet been officially confirmed.
The script is reportedly written by journalist Shahzeb Khanzada, who previously worked on Case No. 9, another issue-based drama featuring Qamar.
Qamar is known for similar roles in Baaghi and Cheekh. She is currently appearing in Muamma.
