Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has warned of possible internet degradation following a fault in a submarine cable system.

According to the company, the technical issue may affect internet speeds and connectivity in parts of the country, leading to slower browsing and reduced service quality.
PTCL said efforts are underway to resolve the fault in coordination with international partners responsible for the submarine cable network.
The company advised users that temporary disruptions or slow speeds may be experienced until full restoration is completed.
