A trailer carrying fertilizer caught fire on the M-3 Motorway near Sumandri on Friday.

Motorway Police spokesman Syed Imran Ahmad said the incident occurred on the M-3 Motorway, prompting an immediate response from motorway police and local authorities. Rescue teams rushed to the scene soon after receiving the report and launched an operation to control the blaze.
The fire was later brought under control through coordinated efforts by the Motorway Police and the Frontier Works Organization (FWO).
Officials said that although several sacks of fertilizer were damaged in the fire, no major loss or casualties were reported.
The motorway police spokesman praised the timely response of rescue teams and police personnel, stating that their swift action helped prevent a major disaster on the busy motorway route.
