Vin Diesel has shared an emotional update on the final installment of the Fast & Furious franchise, telling fans the upcoming film will be deeply moving.

In an Instagram post, Diesel reflected on the journey of the long-running series as production teams work toward the finale, titled Fast Forever, which is scheduled for release in 2028.

The actor, who has portrayed Dominic Toretto since the franchise began in 2001, praised the crews and creative teams behind the scenes for helping build one of Hollywood’s most successful action series.

Diesel said that while the focus remains on completing the final chapter, he often looks back on the franchise’s beginnings and the people who helped shape its legacy. He concluded his message by telling fans, “This one’s going to hit hard.”

The update comes as the franchise marks 25 years since the release of the original Fast & Furious film, which starred Diesel alongside Paul Walker, Jordana Brewster and Michelle Rodriguez.

The final film is expected to return to the franchise’s street-racing roots while bringing the decades-long saga to a close.
