Ed Sheeran told fans he may take a break from music after his current tour ends.
He shared the update during the opening show of his North American tour in Glendale, Arizona.
The singer said it would likely be his “last time” performing in the area for a while.
He added that he may step back to focus on family life and “do the dad thing.”
Sheeran shares two children, Lyra and Jupiter, with his wife Cherry Seaborn.
He has been touring since January, with shows across New Zealand, Australia, South America, and North America.
The North American leg will continue for several months, ending in November in Florida.
The update comes after he recently confirmed leaving his long-time record label after 15 years.
