Forbes has released its ’30 Under 30 Asia 2026′ list. Two Pakistani women made the cut. Actor Hania Aamir and filmmaker Saman Kamran both earned spots. They were recognised in the Entertainment and Sports category.
This marks the list’s 11th edition. It celebrates young professionals under 30. Each honoree has made a notable impact in their field.
Hania Aamir
Hania has built a strong TV career over ten years. Her drama Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum was a major hit. She will also star in Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo. That show is Netflix’s first Pakistani original series. She also serves as UN Women’s Goodwill Ambassador for Pakistan. Recently, she crossed 20 million Instagram followers. That makes her Pakistan’s most-followed woman on the platform.
Saman Kamran
Saman makes films about social and environmental issues. Her short film The Bed She Made gained international attention. It explored climate change and fertility challenges in Pakistan. It was the only Pakistani film selected at the Busan International Short Film Festival. She previously worked as assistant director on Umro Ayyar, A New Beginning.
Pakistan’s History on the List
Pakistan had no entertainment picks last year. However, Arshad Nadeem was included for winning Olympic gold. Past honorees include Bushra Sultan (2024), Zain Ahmad (2022), Misha Japanwala (2021), and Momina Mustehsan (2018).
