HBO has officially confirmed that Euphoria will conclude with its third season, ending years of speculation about the show’s future.

The announcement came after fans questioned whether the popular drama would continue with a fourth or fifth season following the Season 3 finale, which aired on May 31.

After seven years, three seasons and 26 episodes, the series has reached its conclusion.

Euphoria creator, writer and director Sam Levinson confirmed the news during an appearance on The New York Times music podcast, Popcast.

Speaking with hosts Joe Coscarelli and Jon Caramanica, Levinson addressed ongoing questions about the show’s future and revealed that there are no plans for additional seasons.

HBO later confirmed Levinson’s statement to Variety, officially bringing an end to fan speculation.

The confirmation means that the Season 3 finale, titled “In God We Trust,” also serves as the series finale.

Since its debut, Euphoria has become one of HBO’s most talked-about dramas, earning critical acclaim, a devoted fan base and widespread cultural impact.

With the series now complete, viewers are saying goodbye to one of television’s most influential shows of the past decade.
