Former prime minister Imran Khan received his fifth intravitreal eye injection during a follow-up visit to PIMS on Monday.
Doctors examined him before the procedure and reported that his condition was clinically stable.
Medical tests, including optical coherence tomography (OCT), showed improvement in his eye condition, according to hospital officials.
Specialist surgeons performed the injection under microscopic guidance as part of his ongoing treatment.
PIMS said the procedure was completed without complications and Khan remained stable throughout his stay.
He was discharged the same day with instructions for further care and follow-up monitoring.
The treatment is part of ongoing care for central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO), a condition affecting blood flow in the retina.
Khan has been receiving regular eye injections while incarcerated at Adiala Jail.
