A court has sentenced a middleman involved in the drug supply linked to actor Matthew Perry to two years in prison.

The individual was found guilty of acting as an intermediary in providing controlled substances that were later connected to the case surrounding the death of the Friends star.
Prosecutors said the case highlighted the illegal distribution network involved in supplying drugs.
Further legal proceedings involving other individuals connected to the case are expected to continue.
Matthew Perry, best known for his role as Chandler Bing in Friends, died in October 2023.
