Jemima Goldsmith, former wife of PTI founder Imran Khan, is reportedly set to marry multimillionaire financier Cameron O’Reilly after a year-long relationship, according to a report.
The award-winning documentary producer is said to have found love again with O’Reilly, marking a new chapter in her life. The report claims the couple has kept their relationship largely private, dividing their time between O’Reilly’s home in Switzerland and Goldsmith’s residence in West London.
Friends quoted by the publication described the pair — Goldsmith, 52, and O’Reilly, 62 — as “very happy together.” They are said to have met through work, initially building a friendship before their relationship developed further. O’Reilly is described as a very private individual, with Goldsmith keen to respect that.
According to the report, members of Goldsmith’s close circle, including her brother Robin Birley, are familiar with O’Reilly.
An Oxford graduate, O’Reilly previously worked within his father’s media group, Independent News & Media, before joining Australia’s APN News & Media, where he served as chief executive until stepping down in 2000. He later launched his own private investment fund and went on to acquire a Swiss metering company.
Friends believe the reported engagement signals a more settled phase in Goldsmith’s life, with the couple sharing an interest in documentaries and filmmaking.
Jemima, daughter of late billionaire Sir James Goldsmith, was married to Imran Khan until their divorce in 2004. She remains active in advocating for Khan, with whom she shares two sons.
